All 11 Skills Explained

⚔️ Weapons Equipped

Priority 5

Increases the number of weapons your character can equip simultaneously. Starts at 2 weapon slots. Each upgrade adds additional slots (3 →4 →6 →8 →10 →12). All equipped weapons attack simultaneously —more slots means proportionally more damage and Mana income per kill without any other changes.

Early-game advice:

Upgrade from 2 →4 slots immediately. This is the single highest-leverage early upgrade in the game —it literally doubles your damage and Mana income in one purchase. Prioritize this above everything except buying Auto Roll first.

💀 Enemy Spawn Rate

Priority 5

Increases how quickly zombie enemies spawn into your arena. At base level, enemies trickle in at a modest rate. At higher levels, the screen is perpetually packed with enemies —meaning your weapons are always hitting targets and never idling. Works in conjunction with Enemy Limit (which sets the cap on simultaneous enemies). Spawn Rate without a sufficient Limit cap is wasted.

Early-game advice:

Upgrade aggressively alongside Weapons Equipped. At level 3—, you will notice a significant DPS and Mana income improvement as your weapons stop having idle moments between spawns. Always pair with Enemy Limit upgrades.

💧 Mana Multiplier

Priority 5

Multiplies the Mana you receive from every kill by the listed factor. At 2x, every kill gives twice the base Mana. At 3x, three times. This compounds with your weapon Mana bonuses (e.g., a 2x Mana multiplier on a Mythic weapon with 2x Mana bonus means every kill yields 4x the Common weapon base rate). It also applies to offline kill Mana accumulation.

Early-game advice:

Push this to 2x as fast as possible after Weapons Equipped and Enemy Spawn Rate are at comfortable levels. At 2x, the Mana you invest to buy more Skill Points returns to you dramatically faster —creating a compounding loop.

🔢 Kill Multiplier

Priority 5

Multiplies how many kills are registered per enemy defeated. At 4x, each zombie killed counts as 4 toward your total kill count. This directly reduces the time to unlock every biome —at 8x Kill Multiplier, the Shadow Realm (1,000,000 kills) threshold requires only 125,000 physical kills. Also applies to offline kill accumulation and interacts with the Permanent Double Kills gamepass multiplicatively.

Early-game advice:

Push to 4x during Snow / early Jungle phase. The biome progression time savings are enormous —every level here cuts your time to Shadow Realm meaningfully. At 16x you only need 62,500 physical kills to register 1,000,000.

📈 Skill Point Multiplier

Priority 5

Reduces the effective Mana cost per Skill Point purchased from the SP shop. The base SP shop cost escalates with every purchase —without this skill, each new SP costs incrementally more Mana. At 6x, the cost per SP is roughly 700 Mana. At 14x, buying large amounts of SP becomes trivial even at late-game Mana rates. This skill compounds the value of every Mana you will ever spend on SP.

Early-game advice:

Upgrade once Weapons Equipped and Kill Multiplier are at a strong level. Aim for 6x minimum before the mid-game, and prioritize reaching 14x by the time you approach your first Ascend. Post-Ascend, rebuild this first before anything else.

🧟 Enemy Limit

Priority 4

Sets the maximum number of enemies that can exist in your arena simultaneously. The default cap is low —Enemy Spawn Rate upgrades become partially wasted if the Limit cap is too restrictive. Upgrading Enemy Limit allows more enemies on screen at once, maximising the returns of your Spawn Rate investment. At 18+ Enemy Limit with maximum Spawn Rate, your arena is in near-constant chaos.

Early-game advice:

Do not upgrade this before Enemy Spawn Rate is at a decent level. The two skills are codependent —Limit without Spawn Rate does nothing, Spawn Rate without enough Limit wastes upgrade potential. Match them together from mid-game onward.

🍀 RNG Luck

Priority 4

Adds a flat percentage bonus to your weapon roll luck. At 40%+ investment, the bonus is meaningful —it stacks additively with itself and multiplicatively with Aura bonuses, biome luck multipliers, and Totem of Fortune permanent luck. Unlike Auras (which are RNG-based), this skill provides guaranteed luck improvement for every SP invested.

Early-game advice:

Start investing in this during mid-game (Jungle phase) once core income skills are at good levels. Do not neglect it entirely —at 40%+ it starts meaningfully improving your Galactic and Godly weapon roll odds alongside stacked Luck sources.

💥 Damage Multiplier

Priority 4

Multiplies the damage all your equipped weapons deal per hit. Higher damage means faster enemy kills, which means more kills per second and proportionally more Mana income. Also critically important for Boss Raids —the Forgotten Giant has extremely high HP and requires serious DPS contribution from each player to kill efficiently.

Early-game advice:

A secondary priority behind income skills in the early game. Start investing from Volcano Island onward. By Shadow Realm, Damage Multiplier becomes increasingly important both for AFK farming efficiency and for meaningful Forgotten Giant contributions.

👑 Boss Chance

Priority 3

Increases the probability of a Boss Raid spawning on your server. At higher levels, raids trigger noticeably more often —particularly on servers where multiple players have upgraded this skill. In the endgame (Shadow Dungeon), where Forgotten Giant drops 3,000 SP per kill, Boss Chance becomes the highest SP-per-Mana investment in the entire skill tree.

Early-game advice:

Skip early —the SP reward difference between Ice Giant (200 SP) and Jungle Guardian (300 SP) does not justify early investment. Start upgrading at Volcano Island tier when 500 SP per Titan kill makes frequency meaningful. Max it post-Ascend when Forgotten Giant is the target.

🎲 Auto Roll (Shop Purchase)

Priority 5

Not technically a skill tree upgrade —Auto Roll is purchased directly from the in-game shop for 10,000 Mana. Once active, your character automatically spins for a new weapon at regular intervals without any player input. Essential for AFK farming, offline efficiency, and consistent weapon cycling during Boss Raids. Without Auto Roll you must manually click the Roll button every time.

Early-game advice:

Buy this before you spend a single Mana on skill tree upgrades. The 10,000 free Mana from liking the game and joining the Team Crystal! group is exactly the cost of Auto Roll —you should have it from the moment you first log in if you complete both free reward actions.

🌀 Spin Speed

Priority 2

Increases the speed of the weapon roll animation and how quickly the next auto roll fires after the previous one. On paper this sounds useful, but in practice the additional rolls per minute generated by Spin Speed are minimal —the animation is already fast enough at base level that the marginal improvement does not translate to meaningful extra luck or Mana compared to literally any other upgrade.

Early-game advice:

Do NOT upgrade this early. It is the lowest-value skill in the entire tree. Every single Skill Point invested here would generate far better returns in Mana Multiplier, Kill Multiplier, or Skill Point Multiplier. Only consider upgrading Spin Speed after all other skills are at satisfactory levels.

Fountain of Skill (Shadow Dungeon)

Added March 14, 2026. Inside the Shadow Dungeon, you can sacrifice unwanted weapons to the Fountain of Skill in exchange for Skill Points. This creates a powerful endgame loop: farm weapons with high luck and Boss Raids, then convert surplus weapons into SP to max your skill tree.

Untitled Melee RNG Skill Tree — FAQ

What is the best skill to upgrade first in Untitled Melee RNG?
Weapons Equipped is the single best first upgrade — going from 2 to 4 equipped weapons immediately doubles your DPS and Mana income. Follow it with Enemy Spawn Rate, then Mana Multiplier. These three form the foundation of all early-game efficiency.
Should I upgrade Spin Speed in Untitled Melee RNG?
No — not early. Spin Speed is the lowest-value skill relative to its cost. Only upgrade it after all higher-priority skills are at satisfactory levels.
How do I get Skill Points in Untitled Melee RNG?
(1) Convert Mana to SP in the in-game SP shop. (2) Boss Raid drops — bosses drop SP directly; Forgotten Giant awards 3,000 SP per kill. (3) Fountain of Skill (Shadow Dungeon, March 2026) — sacrifice unwanted weapons for SP.
What does Skill Point Multiplier do?
It reduces the effective Mana cost per SP purchased. At 6x, every Mana buys 6x more SP than base. At 14x, buying large amounts of SP becomes trivial. Upgrade this early and rebuild it first after Ascending.
Does Kill Multiplier affect offline kills?
Yes. Kill Multiplier applies to both online and offline kill accumulation. At 4x you reach Shadow Realm (1,000,000 kills) four times faster.
What is the Fountain of Skill?
Added March 14, 2026. Located in Shadow Dungeon (2,000,000 kills + 1 Ascend). Sacrifice unwanted weapons for Skill Points. Creates a powerful endgame loop: farm weapons with high luck, convert surplus to SP.
Should I save Skill Points before Ascending?
No — spend all SP before Ascending. After Ascend your SP resets but post-Ascend SP efficiency improves significantly, so you rebuild faster. Use all SP before Ascending to squeeze maximum value.
How many times can you Ascend in Untitled Melee RNG?
Multiple times — there is no hard cap. Each Ascend improves SP efficiency and keeps weapons, luck, and auras. The March 14, 2026 update added content requiring 5 Ascends.
